"Get me a cold drink. One ice cube. One."

This is called "cram" or "power" blogging. Or at least that is what I'm gonna call it. Short stories, lots of pictures.
Let's face it, you don't want to hear me ramble on and on...you'd rather look at the cute, little mini-Mike.
1) We arrived. Grandpa Flynn stole "sugars."

Grandma Flynn stole "sugars."
Skip ("the Dog") even got a few licks or two in.
Once the sugars were "got" we had to establish what Bryce would call his new servants. Grandma Flynn decided on "Mawmaw" and Grandpa Flynn picked "Pawpaw" (it was a given since Grandma Flynn was Mawmaw...has to be a Pawpaw to go with Mawmaw), Skip didn't care and just wanted this new attention-stealer to give him a treat (which Bryce ended up doing the entire week, over and over again...but he wouldn't just give it to him. He would hold it in front of Skip's mouth and then pull his hand back. Little stinker.)
Okay, cram, or power blogging continues:
2) We figured out the sleeping arrangements: We kicked Pawpaw out of his bed and Bryce and Mike and I slept in there. ("The United States of Bryce," founded May 20, 2009).
3) We determined whether Skip would eat Bryce or if he would just nip at him a bit. No eating of the child and all of the nipping was towards the big people. Skip was actually very protective of Bryce and if he was getting yelled at or hugged or if we looked at Bryce funny, he would take a chunk out of your big toe!
4) Bryce checked out his new pad. He had to go around the yard and the house. Justa explorin'!

5) Ohio dinner is served! Fried 'tators, corn bread, pickled beets, home made jam, beans.
Enough said.
6) Mike and Pawpaw went groundhog hunting. Total killed = 9.
Enough said.
7) The weather was gorgeous. No snow flurries or snowmen to be built.

8) Andrea learned that when waxing your car, "wax on" a section and then immediately "wax off." Otherwise your entire family that just flew up from Florida will be pitching in to help scrape off the completely dried wax that now covers the entire surface of your new car.
Thanks for the forearm work out Andrea. :)
Let the photo shoots begin!
The green jacket photo shoot is actually the following day, but I thought I would include it in today's blog since I have over 1500 pictures to post and need to pack 'em in where I can. (And no it wasn't in the 80's when I dressed him all up...it was early in the morning (5 a.m.- kidding) and it was cool outside.
The dog in the pictures are of Pawpaw's huntin' dog. He was very sweet. Bryce would stick his hand in the fence to pet him and then as soon as the dog (can't remember his name) would run over to lick his little fingers, Bryce would yank his hand out. (Do you see a pattern here???)
WARNING: I discovered the "Burst" feature (can take multilpe, continuous shots) on the camera AND I don't delete. Ever. Double Whammie!
9) Slideshow begins now. (pause the music up top first)
